Love the tool and it hasn't failed me yet. As I mentioned to the trolls below there is no other tool like it. Not a single other tool has been able to recover video from my vast library when the disc was damaged. The beauty of it is this tool can be taken for a test drive before you buy it unlike other tools which force you to pay for it and then you find out the hard way you've been ripped off because they don't work. Maybe if the trolls below had the slightest clue what a tool of this nature should even look like and upgrade his 13 inch monitor to something a little more realistic he'd realize there's nothing wrong about the GUI. Don't bother replying trolls. I have more interesting things to scrap off my shoes than your idiotic replies.
