This program has a buggy interface and problems when trying to do batch conversions. I discovered MPEG Streamclip 1.7 which has a better interface, it's less buggy and most importantly FREE. Tip - Don't use the DV setting built into the program because the audio does not import into final cut without rendering. Instead, use the Quicktime export and enter the QT settings for DV manually.
